Do you ship internationally?

How long will I receive my order?

Our products are made to order. Handcrafted in Bangkok, Thailand. We need 3-14 business days to finish your order.
For delivery time we ship by registered airmail, which take 14-30 business days. You can upgrade a shipping method to EMS or DHL. See more about shipping policy here.
The delivery time is depend on the destination country. It may take a little longer to deliver to remote countries.

How can I get discount or exclusive benefits?

Can I return my product and get a refund?

All our products are made to order. They are non-refundable or canceled in any case. It's can be a replacement for wrong or defective items.
However, if you have any problems with your item. Please inform us within 7 days after you received the products. See more about the replacement policy here.

If my package lost or return?

We will try to provide you all support until final delivery. Please fill in complete and correct shipping address information (English only) when you make your order. See more about package lost or return policy here.

Taxes and customs?

Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties, and value-added taxes (VAT), etc. which isn’t included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Mr. & Mrs. Sniff will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by your country. We will not responsible for delays due to customs.
